Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including billing and vendor payments
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain HRIS records
- Oversee internal operations, including office management and knowledge base maintenance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, particularly in finance and people operations
- Availability to work 25-35 hours per week for approximately 3 months
- Flexibility to work during overlapping U.S. business hours (approximately 10am-3pm PT)
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience with finance operations workflows is a plus
