Job Summary

Operations Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for supporting the Managing Director of Business Development by coordinating daily operations, managing calendars, and overseeing title insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Issue title order confirmations and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for data integrity and support business development efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives or business leaders in title insurance
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with scheduling, travel coordination, and event logistics
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
