Job Summary
Operations Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for supporting the Managing Director of Business Development by coordinating daily operations, managing calendars, and overseeing title insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar and coordinate meetings
- Issue title order confirmations and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for data integrity and support business development efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives or business leaders in title insurance
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling, travel coordination, and event logistics
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
