Job Summary

Supporting the President of Schools in a fast-paced environment, the full-time hybrid Operations Coordinator will manage executive support tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure operational organization while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive and operational support to the President of Schools
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare supporting materials
  • Track priorities and assist in maintaining project momentum and follow-through
Required qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
  • Experience with project management systems such as Monday.com or Asana is strongly preferred
  • Professional and adaptable with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
