Job Summary
Supporting the President of Schools in a fast-paced environment, the full-time hybrid Operations Coordinator will manage executive support tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure operational organization while working from Onalaska, WI, with flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and operational support to the President of Schools
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare supporting materials
- Track priorities and organize follow-through to ensure project progress
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, or business administration
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
- Experience with project management systems such as Monday.com or Asana is preferred
- Professional demeanor with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
