Job Summary
Supporting the Nashville residential programs, the full-time Operations Coordinator will manage project scheduling, track program paperwork, and handle customer inquiries while working remotely in Tennessee.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, and Program staff
- Verify and organize program documents and process payments
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
