Job Summary
Supporting the Operations team remotely, the full-time Operations & Events Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate onboarding logistics, and organize team events while ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars and scheduling for the Operations team to balance meetings and strategic work
- Support employee onboarding by coordinating schedules and preparing welcome packages
- Plan team events and experiences, including organizing offsites and employee engagement activities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar support role such as Administrative Assistant or Operations Coordinator
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and sound judgment in handling confidential information
