Job Summary
Supporting daily operations remotely, the full-time Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding processes, maintain systems records, and assist Operations Managers and field technicians with various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new hires and process exiting employees, ensuring accurate data entry in various systems
- Maintain and update operational records, including employee directories and fleet programs
- Assist with ordering supplies, managing badges, and providing ongoing support to operations teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma
- At least 4 years of current data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service skills, both internal and external
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects with attention to detail
