Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Operations Coordinator will manage projects, oversee vendor relationships, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution, tracking project timelines and deliverables
  • Partner with technical teams to assist in system implementations and document operational needs
  • Collaborate with Procurement to monitor vendor performance and optimize purchasing workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of operations, project coordination, or business operations experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience using project management platforms
