Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day business operations remotely, the Operations Coordinator will manage workflow tracking, facilities coordination, and administrative processes while serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Support facilities management functions, including vendor coordination and workplace services
- Prepare and distribute reports to support operational performance and decision-making
Required qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- 1+ years' experience in office operations or administrative coordination
- 1+ years' experience in customer service
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
