Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day business operations remotely, the Operations Coordinator will manage workflow tracking, facilities coordination, and administrative processes while serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Support facilities management functions, including vendor coordination and workplace services
  • Prepare and distribute reports to support operational performance and decision-making
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • 1+ years' experience in office operations or administrative coordination
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
