Job Summary

Supporting customer service and sales needs for the branch, the part-time Operations Coordinator will manage the branch CRM program, review orphan client accounts for sales opportunities, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, all while working remotely for 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the branch CRM program for efficient lead generation and tracking
  • Review orphan client accounts to identify potential sales opportunities and qualified leads
  • Distribute leads to financial professionals and advisors according to established guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent professional work experience
  • Hands-on customer service, operations, administrative, and/or sales support experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
