Job Summary

Providing administrative and operational support to senior leadership, the full-time Operations Coordinator will manage client onboarding activities, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and maintain operational reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities and maintain onboarding data in Salesforce
  • Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and communications for senior leadership
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and departmental records while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and client onboarding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and global teams
