Job Summary
Providing administrative and operational support to senior leadership, the full-time Operations Coordinator will manage client onboarding activities, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and maintain operational reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate client onboarding activities and maintain onboarding data in Salesforce
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and communications for senior leadership
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and departmental records while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Experience with Salesforce administration and client onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting senior leaders and global teams
