Job Summary
Supporting executive teams and enhancing client onboarding experiences, the part-time Operations Coordinator will provide vital administrative and operational support remotely, ensuring efficient processes across various time zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver executive support to senior leaders, including calendar management and meeting planning
- Coordinate client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders
- Support operational reporting and maintain client records using Salesforce
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive support, including travel coordination and meeting planning
- Strong competency with Salesforce for data entry and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work across various time zones and maintain confidentiality
- Secondary school certification; administrative qualifications are a plus
