Job Summary

Supporting executive teams and enhancing client onboarding experiences, the part-time Operations Coordinator will provide vital administrative and operational support remotely, ensuring efficient processes across various time zones.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver executive support to senior leaders, including calendar management and meeting planning
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders
  • Support operational reporting and maintain client records using Salesforce
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience in executive support, including travel coordination and meeting planning
  • Strong competency with Salesforce for data entry and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work across various time zones and maintain confidentiality
  • Secondary school certification; administrative qualifications are a plus
