Job Summary

Own parts of operational workflows ensuring timely delivery to clients
Monitor and track daily production, quality, and AHT KPIs
Analyze data to track output, identify trends, and provide insights for performance improvement

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in managing complex operations projects
Experience from top-tier investment banks or management consulting firms preferred
Familiarity with large language models and AI technologies preferred
Strong background in data analysis and financial modeling
Capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving in challenging scenarios
