Operations Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations and Logistics Data Analyst will build and maintain reporting infrastructure, analyze fulfillment performance data, and ensure data integrity to drive operational efficiency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards for CX performance and operational metrics
• Analyze fulfillment performance data to identify trends and proactively flag operational issues to leadership
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of operational data while proposing scalable solutions for data collection gaps

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or logistics
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and carrier performance
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools, with experience in automating reporting processes
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including data modeling and complex formulas
• Curious and proactive analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
