Operations Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations Data Analyst will gather, analyze, and report on data related to developmental disability services, providing actionable insights to improve program delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and data analysis to identify fiscal drivers and community barriers affecting service delivery
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate data management and compliance with audit requirements
• Coordinate the implementation of surveys and data collection efforts to support legislative reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Seven years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work experience
• Education in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or related fields, with degrees substituting for experience as specified
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau and/or SQL
• Knowledge of Medicaid services and human services fields is preferred
• Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to fiscal activities and compliance
