Operations Delivery Finance Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Delivery Business Partner to serve as a financial advisor and strategic partner to the Operations Delivery leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead finance partner to Operations Delivery leadership
• Lead the development of the Annual Budget, multi-year Strategic Plans, and monthly forecasting
• Oversee project-level financial performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and revenue recognition standards

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including FP&A or operational finance roles
• 5+ years supporting project-based delivery functions
• Proven track record in FP&A, strategic planning, and operational finance
• Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry strongly preferred
