Job Summary
To support a dynamic operations environment, the full-time Operations Development Program participant will engage in multiple rotational assignments across various teams, managing high-impact projects while developing technical, business, and professional skills in Richmond, IN.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments in roles such as Supply Chain Analyst and Process Engineer, gaining diverse operational experience
- Own and execute meaningful projects that have measurable business impact across global manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to enhance professional growth and build a strong network within the industry
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, completed within the past two years or expected by June 2027
- Relevant project or work experience in supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and data analytics, with exposure to Lean Methodologies or Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and collaboration abilities
- High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to responsibilities
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and authorization to work in the country of employment
