Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of multiple programs
• Manage operational budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure all contractual deliverables are met and maintain client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 10-13 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in management
• 3+ years of experience managing software development programs
• Extensive knowledge of program management practices and risk management frameworks
• Experience managing Firm Fixed Price contracts and software development efforts
