A company is looking for an Operations Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and optimizes processes to adapt to changing business conditions and leads related improvement projects
• Creates customer support strategies and metrics to enhance the consumer experience and support company growth
• Manages multiple teams, providing leadership and direction through managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in health insurance, call center, claims, or enrollment and billing environments
• 3 years of managerial experience in customer service, claims, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement policies and programs
• Experience in leading teams and promoting teamwork
