Required Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in health insurance, call center, claims, or enrollment and billing environments
  • 3 years of managerial experience in customer service, claims, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement policies and programs
  • Experience in leading teams and promoting teamwork
