Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee regional performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring budget performance and maximizing impact
• Champion operational discipline and quality across health centers, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance
• Lead and develop clinical teams, setting goals and maintaining effective communication and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related field
• Proven track record of full P&L responsibility for a large business unit
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams across various functions
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Familiarity with value-based healthcare or population health management is preferred
