Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, particularly in high-growth DTC e-commerce or related sectors
• Broad operational exposure across multiple functions, including customer experience and fulfillment
• Proven ability to develop processes and reporting systems from the ground up
• Experience managing outsourced teams and understanding SLAs and performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
