Operations Director

Job Summary

Collaborating with regional and national leadership, the full-time Associate Operations Director will oversee startup operations, manage financial performance metrics, and enhance operational integration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new startup operations and monitor site financial performance to ensure profitability
• Support financial forecasting and drive optimal financial performance through collaboration with site management teams
• Facilitate cross-departmental integration and communication to align processes across quality, finance, and operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field required
• At least five years of relevant experience, including three years in project and/or operations management
• Strong background in healthcare operations, contract management, and financial performance oversight required
• Proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence tools to support analytical tasks
• Master's degree in business or healthcare sciences preferred
