Job Summary

To lead operational initiatives, the full-time salaried Operations Director will build and manage a team focused on data analytics, provide technical assistance on complex claims, and serve as the operational liaison between field operations and compliance, requiring occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a team to enhance recovery efforts and support service center operations
• Provide technical assistance on complex losses and review claims with significant reserves or potential fraud elements
• Develop and manage service standards for program business while ensuring compliance with corporate regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty industry
• Strong knowledge of industry practices and jurisdictional regulations
• Ability to perform complex financial analysis of product and process performance
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
