Operations Director

Job Summary

As a full-time Operations Director, the successful candidate will manage the studio's operational functions, coordinate with central PlayStation teams, and foster a supportive team culture in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational planning processes alongside studio leadership
• Act as the primary liaison between the studio and central PlayStation functions to manage priorities and deliverables
• Oversee studio IT functions and ensure alignment with information security requirements

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated operational, management, and leadership experience with teams of 75+ people
• Proven project management skills, including backlog management and project completion
• Experience navigating and managing contracts and external business relationships
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the video game industry and leading hybrid teams
