Job Summary

Overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of a remote medical contact center, the full-time Operations Director - Alabama Licensed will manage Patient Access teams, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and optimize performance through AI and automation tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Patient Access department, ensuring service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Lead and support Patient Access leadership in performance management, coaching, and adherence to quality standards
  • Utilize AI and automation to enhance productivity and streamline workflows while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of call center operations experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare contact center
  • Experience managing remote teams and understanding of call center KPIs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center management tools
  • Ability to analyze operational data and implement actionable plans for improvement
