Operations Director - Integrated Care

Job Summary

Supporting operational excellence in Integrated Care services, the full-time Associate Operations Director - Integrated Care will manage a team of up to 12 professionals, drive process optimization, and lead strategic projects to enhance efficiency and service quality in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and professional development for a team, including workforce planning and performance management
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement workflow improvements and operational efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in a behavioral health or human services field
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and operations across multiple sites and/or states
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services meeting specified requirements for remote work
