Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Director, Lifecycle Services.

• Develop and improve Software Lifecycle Management services to maximize software consumption
• Lead the development of reporting tools for presales and post-sales support
• Manage a team of BI specialists and oversee software adoption and tracking at EA clients
