Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Director, Pharma Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the contracting process and ensure alignment with operational capabilities and compliance requirements
  • Manage the RFP process from intake through submission, ensuring high-quality submissions and compliance with specifications
  • Develop and manage implementation plans for awarded contracts, coordinating cross-functional handoffs for program launch
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, public policy, or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare or specialty pharmacy, focusing on contracting and project management
  • Proven project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools
  • Knowledge of the specialty pharmacy landscape and healthcare reimbursement structures preferred
