Operations Director, Summer Learning

Job Summary

Leading the operational planning and execution for the RISE Program, the full-time salaried Operations Director, Summer Learning will develop scalable systems and manage interconnected workstreams while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution across staffing, curriculum, training, and technology for the RISE Program
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, monitoring performance and aligning staffing plans with program priorities
• Oversee operational systems and technology, improving workflows and coordinating logistics for critical implementation activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or project management, including complex initiatives
• Experience managing budgets and developing staffing or resource plans
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple interconnected workstreams
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with operational technology
