Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Three to five years of experience in the travel industry with at least five years in a leadership role
• Experience in Entertainment and VIP travel
• Basic MS Office skills and understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to analyze data related to agent productivity and operational performance
