Operations Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Driving scalable and compliant servicing experiences, the full-time remote Operations Enablement Manager will define and execute strategies to enhance operational readiness while managing a high-performing team responsible for cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver complex, cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and business priorities
• Develop program roadmaps and execution plans, tracking progress against KPIs, timelines, and risks
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to align priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale or global operations
• 3+ years of experience in scaling operations and providing coaching and feedback to team members
• Subject matter expertise in financial regulations and dispute management rules
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
