Operations Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance productivity in veterinary practices, the full-time Operations Enablement Specialist will manage doctor schedules in the ezyVet system, ensuring they are clean, complete, and built far enough in advance to improve access to care while working remotely with Practice Managers and Operations Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess doctor schedules weekly against scheduling standards to identify and resolve blocks limiting access to care
• Ensure schedules are built out the required number of weeks in advance and address any gaps
• Make necessary corrections in ezyVet after obtaining approval from Practice Managers and escalate unresolvable issues to the Operations Director

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in veterinary practice operations, medical/dental scheduling, or a similar appointment-based service business
• Hands-on experience with practice information management systems or electronic medical records
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of practices accurately
• Experience in coaching and influencing individuals without direct authority
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Teams/Outlook, with the ability to maintain organized tracking systems
