Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Engineer responsible for implementing, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability of Linux-based production infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based systems in on-prem data center environments
• Serve as a technical lead for production incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews
• Develop automation and operational tooling to enhance system reliability and reduce operational toil

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Linux systems administration or related engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux system troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Experience operating in on-premises data center environments
• Familiarity with monitoring and configuration management tools
• Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash); experience with KVM-based hypervisors preferred
