Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Engineer in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the GTO Operational Dashboard, detect anomalies, and manage incident tickets
Triage and investigate production incidents, performing initial technical investigations and routing issues to the appropriate teams
Own lower-severity incidents from detection to resolution and support major incidents with real-time data and communication

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC in a high-availability environment
Hands-on experience with Datadog or equivalent observability platforms
Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Go, or Bash
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
Experience with incident management tools like JIRA or JIRA Service Management
