Operations Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Engineer in Baku.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the GTO Operational Dashboard, detect anomalies, and manage incident tickets
- Triage and investigate production incidents, performing technical investigations and routing to appropriate teams
- Draft incident communications and analyze incident trends to contribute to operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or technical operations in high-availability environments
- Hands-on experience with observability platforms like Datadog
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Go, or Bash
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with incident management tools like JIRA or PagerDuty
