Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Operations Engineer to join their Software Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of SaaS production and demo systems
• Respond to and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and customer impact
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements for optimal efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with observability/monitoring platforms like Dynatrace
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl
