Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support operations and manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements
Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with teams to ensure effective performance and decision-making

Required Qualifications

5+ years of production support and incident management experience
Expert proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK) and Kibana
Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management
Knowledge of AWS operations is preferred
