Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Providing hands-on support for fleet reliability, the full-time Operations Engineer will provision, validate, and troubleshoot GPU nodes while monitoring fleet health and addressing hardware and software issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, validate, and triage GPU nodes across various clusters
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across compute, network, and storage
• Monitor fleet health, take remediation action, and improve or create runbooks

Required qualifications

• Experience administering Linux systems in critical environments
• Proven troubleshooting skills with GPU node issues, including NVLink and driver bugs
• Familiarity with observability systems like Grafana and Prometheus
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
• Ability to work on-call and manage ambiguous situations effectively
