Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To drive standardization and performance across a multi-site manufacturing network, the full-time remote Operations Engineer will manage CAPEX infrastructure projects, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as a liaison between plants and corporate engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX infrastructure projects and optimize performance across the manufacturing network
• Champion continuous improvement and 5S implementations to enhance efficiency and safety
• Serve as a resource for root cause analysis and support plant maintenance teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with SolidWorks is a plus
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
• Prior exposure to the plastics industry is a strong advantage
