Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Software Operations team, the full-time Software Operations Engineer will maintain and optimize the performance of SaaS production and demo environments, focusing on system management, incident resolution, and operational tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all SaaS production and demo systems
• Respond to and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and effective communication
• Utilize Jira Service Management for incident tracking and maintain operational documentation in Confluence

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or in a similar role within a SaaS environment
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl
