Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Operations Engineer, the full-time position will focus on maintaining and optimizing the performance of SaaS production and demo environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all SaaS production and demo systems and infrastructure
• Respond to and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and managing incident coordination and documentation
• Utilize Jira Service Management for incident tracking and maintain operational documentation in Confluence

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence for operational tracking and documentation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Working knowledge in Linux/Unix administration and databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl
