Operations Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Excellence Manager - Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational excellence programs focusing on supply chain and laboratory operations
• Drive improvements in supply chain metrics and optimize laboratory processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Facilitate training and capability building on continuous improvement methodologies across teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years' experience in Project Management roles, preferably in clinical labs
• 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or lean/six sigma roles, with significant time in supply chain or laboratory operations
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering improvements in supply chain and lab processes
