Operations Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations to support the CEO and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, aiding in decision-making and strategic initiatives
• Develop and optimize alignment across departments to enhance operational consistency and collaboration
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Business Operations roles
• Proven experience partnering with CEOs or executive leadership teams
• Track record of building and scaling cross-functional processes
• Experience in change management and improving operational efficiency
• Prior involvement in board preparation or executive-level communications preferred
