Operations Executive

Job Summary

Owning the operating system behind Sphere's global payments, banking, FX, and compliance flows, the full-time remote VP of Operations will manage operational execution, customer onboarding, and corridor launches while ensuring compliance and risk management across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution for money movement, banking, and treasury, ensuring reliability and efficiency
• Lead customer operations including onboarding, support, and service delivery with a focus on automation and reduced friction
• Define and implement operational standards for corridor launches, ensuring compliance and effective execution across jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, or related fields
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational systems from inception to growth
• Experience with payment operations, reconciliation, incident management, and customer support
• Demonstrated ability to develop SOPs, tooling, and automation for operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on operating metrics and risk management
