Operations Experience AVP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Operations Experience & Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes
• Oversee the design and governance of workflows, controls, and operational models
• Champion customer centricity and manage issue escalation and resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of service and/or business operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in the Group Protection industry
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure
