Operations Expert

Job Summary

Serving as the operational bridge between clients and internal teams, the full-time remote Operations Expert will manage the implementation and optimization of Payment Accuracy solutions while translating customer needs into actionable requirements and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational liaison between clients and internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Meet with customers to understand their business priorities and translate them into technical and operational requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to deliver product enhancements and customer-specific solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare industry experience, particularly in claims processing or payment operations
• 2+ years of experience in Payment Integrity with a strong understanding of related products and workflows
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams in a cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and deliver outcomes
• Knowledge of provider workflows and healthcare business processes
