Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Finance Analyst (I or II).

Key Responsibilities

Administers daily financial management of project portfolios and special assignments
Performs analysis of budget data and prepares payment schedules and invoices
Coordinates with staff to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of amounts due

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Operations Finance Analyst I: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
Operations Finance Analyst II: 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to handle sensitive information and make sound recommendations
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint/VBA/SQL/Power BI/RPA is advantageous
