Operations Finance Director
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Finance Director, this fully remote, salaried position will manage financial performance analysis, develop reporting and dashboards, and collaborate with Operations leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency across parking facilities and mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Accounting, and Finance teams to analyze P&L results and forecast performance
- Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes in compliance with corporate directives
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and improve operational results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or FP&A roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Knowledge of operational and GAAP financial reporting concepts
- Ability to travel 10-20% as required for operational reviews and business meetings
