Operations Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Finance Manager to drive financial performance across US operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and production variances to identify cost-reduction opportunities
• Perform gross margin analysis and support pricing decisions and contract negotiations
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models and performance dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 6-10+ years in FP&A, operational finance, or plant controlling
• Solid understanding of cost accounting and profitability drivers
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Navision is a plus
