Operations Finance Manager

Job Summary

Reporting remotely, the full-time salaried Operations Finance Manager will deliver financial analysis and insights to drive operational and financial performance, partnering with Business Unit Operations Leaders on gross margin, product costing, overhead, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct gross margin analysis, tracking material cost reductions and communicating profitability drivers to leadership
• Support product costing and forecasting, maintaining models that align with operational plans and production growth
• Oversee manufacturing overhead application and monitor production variances, providing actionable insights for cost management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA is a plus
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, particularly in Excel
• ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and manufacturing cost structures
